Our platform connects individuals and businesses seeking moving services ("Users") with licensed moving companies ("Movers"). We provide a marketplace where Users can list their moving needs and Movers can submit bids to perform those services.
The platform facilitates communication, bidding, booking, and payment processing between Users and Movers. We are not a moving company and do not provide moving services directly.
To use our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Users can create move listings with details about their moving needs, including desired price, location, and bidding end date. All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Movers can submit bids on active move listings. Bids may be higher or lower than the User's desired price. Once submitted, bids are visible to the user.
Users may select a Mover at any time before the bidding end date. Once a Mover is selected, the User's contact information is shared with the selected mover.
This platform provides a public message board for each move listing where Users and Movers can communicate. All messages are visible to all parties viewing the listing. Do not share sensitive personal information in public messages.
User contact information is only shared with a Mover after the User selects that Mover for their move. Movers must not contact Users outside the platform before being selected.
Users may leave reviews and ratings for Movers after their move is completed. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or contain inappropriate content.
Users and Movers will receive notifications about bids, mover selection, messages, and other platform activities. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of moving services provided by Movers. We do not guarantee that Movers are licensed, insured, or qualified. Users should verify Mover credentials independently.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Disputes between Users and Movers regarding moving services are the responsibility of those parties to resolve. We may provide assistance but are not obligated to mediate disputes.
Any disputes with us shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting MOVEPack.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
